I haven’t posted anything in a while because I’ve been lazy.  Here’s a clip of me doing some muscle-ups.

Some of the guys were doing them today and I wanted to see how many I could get in a row without really practicing them.  I think the best I’ve done in a row is 12 on the rings.

For those who care, here’s how you do a kipping muscle-up:

1) Get really good at pull-ups.

2) Kick really hard and then throw yourself over the bar.  Repeat.

3) (Mandatory) Post video of yourself on youtube.

4) (Optional) Tag “crossfit” and get hella hitzz.  Allow comments so people can tell you that you’re not doing it right.
